Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. It takes us 1 to 2 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, it takes 5 to 7 business days for the order to get delivered. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Return & Refund Policy

We wish to build a brand of trust and a treasured relationship with our customer. We are sure you will place an order because you loved the product. Although we are confident of the quality of the ordered product that we send to you, there could be issues in case of damage/loss product during transit .No problems! Just follow the guidelines. We donot provide any Returns, Exchange and Refunds for goods. Refund/Exchange will be done only in case of damage /loss during transit. We will accept such request within 48 hours of delivery of the product. You can send us an email at moumita.aich89@gmail.com giving the details of your order no.and details of the damage item. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of return shipment. Kindly make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case if the product got damage during transit either the product will be exchange or the entire amount will be refunded to you. In case of refund the mode of refund will be done through NEFT only. If you return the product please intimate us with the tracking number. Please don’t return without prior confirmation with us.

Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of your order confirmation with us. Kindly write to us at moumit.aich89@gmail.com with your request. If your order is successfully confirmed for cancellation by us, then the amount will be fully refunded. The mode of refund will be done through NEFT only.
